The peri-operation nursing of dual-chamber pacemaker implantation

目的评价双腔心脏起搏器围手术期护理的临床疗效及价值。方法分析36例双腔心脏起搏器置入术患者的临床资料的护理措施。结果36例患者不仅防止了心搏骤停发生,脑缺血症状消失,而且生活质量明显提高。结论双腔心脏起搏器是最常见的生理性起搏器,在围手术期以患者为中心加强护理有着重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and the value of dual-chamber pacemaker in the peri-operation nursing. Methods The nursing measures and the clinical datum about 36 patients with dual-chamber pacemaker implantation were analyzed. Results Not only attack of sudden death was prevented and cerebral ischemia symptoms disappeared among the 36 patients, but also the quality life of them was improved significantly. Conclusions Dual-chamber pacemaker is a common physiologic pacing. It has an important meaning for strengthening the nursing care during the perioperation by taking patients as the center.
