摘要
目的总结40例胃癌患者术后应用空肠营养造瘘管行肠内营养支持的护理体会。方法所有患者均于术中放置空肠营养造瘘管,术后早期行肠内营养支持,观察患者胃肠道反应及血清蛋白营养指标(白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、纤维连接蛋白)变化。结果术后1d患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、纤维连接蛋白均明显下降,术后10d营养指标明显高于术后1d(P〈0.05)。结论胃癌患者术后经空肠营养造瘘管行肠内营养支持可促进胃肠道功能的恢复,减少患者术后并发症,减轻患者的经济负担,是一种安全有效的营养支持方法。
Objective To summary the nursing experiences of the application of jejunum nutrient catheter for enteral nutrition in 40 patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Jejunum nutrient catheter were placed during the operation, early nutritional support was administered after operation. The gastrointestinal symptoms and serum nutritive indexes were observed. Results The concentration og albumin, pre-albumin, transferring and fibronectin at the first day after operation had been obviously declined, and all of these indexes were statistically significant increased at the tenth day. Conclusions It is safe and effective to give early nutritional support by jejunum nutrient catheter after operation for patients with gastric carcinoma, which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, lower the occurrence rate of complications and reduce the economic burden.
