摘要
维生素E微乳由维生素E、吐温-80、甘油及水组成,通过绘制相图筛选最佳配方及制备工艺;采用气相色谱法测定微乳中维生素E的含量,以3%OV-17为固定相,80~100目101担体,柱温为265℃,以三十二烷为内标,线性范围为0.4~2.0mg,相关系数为0.9952,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD=0.1%。
A method for the quantitative determination of vitamin E in vitamine E microemulsion by gas chromatography was established with 3% OV 17 as liquid phase,n dotriacontane as internal standard and 101 (white,80 ̄100 mesh) as support,and with column temperature 265℃,injection port temprature 280℃ and FID detector. The standard curve showed linear relationship within the range of 0.4 ̄2.0 mg of microemulsion of vitamin E with correlation coefficient 0.9952,RSD 0.1% and mean recovery 101 8%. The method was simple and accurate.
