有机锗(Ge-132)增强环磷酰胺抗瘤作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文观察了有机锗(Ge-132)在试验治疗荷移植肝癌小鼠中增强血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及细胞免疫的作用、增强环磷酰胺(CTX)抗移植肝癌作用以及它本身抗移植肝癌的效果,结果是:高剂量Ge-132(12.5mg/次)治疗组的抑癌率为31%、移植肝癌WBC浸润者为72.7%、血清SOD活性是121Nu/ml(亚硝酸盐单位/毫升),生理盐水(NS)对照组的移植肝癌WBC浸润者及SOD活性则分别是36.4%,81Nu/ml,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);CTX组的抑癌率是37%、癌体WBC浸润者为27.3%、血清SOD活性为102Nu/ml,而高剂量Ge-132与CTX联合治疗组的抑癌率为45%、癌体WBC浸润者为54.5%、血清SOD活性是142Nu/ml,两组比较,后二项指标差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示:高剂量Ge-132能显著增强荷移植肝癌小鼠的细胞免疫及血清SOD活性,并有一定的抗移植肝癌作用。CTX抗移植肝癌能力强,但对癌体WBC有较明显的抑制作用;高剂量Ge-132与CTX合用,能使CTX对癌体WBC的抑制作用消除,使血清SOD活性进一步提高以及使CTX的抗移植肝癌的效果更好。 The antitumor effect of organic Germanium(Ge 132) and its enhancing effects on SOD activity and the anti hepatocarcinoma effect of CTX were observed The results showed:in the high dose Ge 132 group,the antitumor percentage was 31%,with infiltrating WBC  in the transplanted tumor tissue 72 7%,and SOD activity in serum 121Nu/ml Compared with the control group in which,the infiltrating WBC  in the tumor tissue was 36 4%,and SOD activity in serum was 81Nu/ml,there existed significant difference (P<0 05) Meanwhile,in the CTX group, the anti tumor percentage was 37%,with infiltrating WBC  27 3% and SOD activity in serum 102Nu/ml. But in the high dose Ge 132 plus CTX group,the antitumor percentage was 45%,with infiltrating WBC  54 4% and SOD activity in serum 142 Nu/ml There also existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05) The results suggest that Ge 132 has the effect of antitumor and can enhance cellular immunity and SOD activity in serum on transplanted hepatocarcinoma bearing mice when applied in high dose CTX has strong antitumor effect but it lead to serious immunosupression When combined with high dose Ge 132 ,Ge 132 could relieve the immunosuppression and enhance the activity of SOD in serum and the anti hepatocarcinoma effect of CTX
