双氯芬酸凝胶的稳定性研究

Study on the Stability of Diclofenac Sodium Gel

本文采用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定双氯芬酸凝胶中双氯芬酸的含量，以经典恒温法预测其稳定性，结果表明该制剂降解呈一级反应，室温（２５℃）有效期为２．６年。

A method to determin the diclofenac sodium content in the diclofenac sodium gel by HPLC was established and the stability of diclofenac sodium gel was determined by the classical isothermal mothod. The results showed that the degradation reaction of dicloenac sodium gel was belong to the first class one and the time of efficacy was up to 2.6 years.
