摘要
利用具有不同浓度Na_2CO_3的培养液,模拟土壤盐碱化条件,观察和分析盐生牧草羊草(碱草)(Leymus chinensis)在这些条件下的生长、生理和代谢的变化。结果表明,随着培养液的Na_2CO_3浓度增加,羊草苗的生长受抑细胞相对透性增大;体内脯氨酸和柠檬酸积累,无机离子Na^+增多。羊草是以合成和积累有机溶质为主进行渗透调节。在盐碱胁迫下,羊草苗具有一定的调节适应能力,以胁变可逆和胁变修复方式去适应盐碱生境的变化。
Under the simulated saline-alkali stress conditiongs physieloogoical and mctabolic variatons of halophytes Leymus chinensis seedlings, growing in the culture solutions with various concentration Na_2CO_3, were observed and analysed. The results showed that there were the growth inhbition, the increase of relative cell permeability, the accumulation of proline and citric and the increase of inorganic ion Na^+ in Leymus chinensis seedling with the increasing of Na_2CO_3 concentration in culture solutions. The osmotis regulation in Leymus chinensis seedl ing is mainly under way synthesizing or accumnlating organis solute. Laymus chinensis seedlings have a certain adaptive ability to salinealkali stress, and adapt to variation of saline-alkali enviro-nment by ways of strain reversibility and strain repair.
