摘要
本文报道一种可以实现高精度温度控制和功率控制、直接电调制的LD驱动电源。其致冷电路结构简单,调节方便,控制精度优于±0.005℃。
This paper reports a versatile LD driver which can provide accuratetemperature and power controllation,and perform direct modullation of highfrequency.The driver is simple, and easy to operate.Its temperatureaccuracy is better than ±0.005℃.
