热损伤嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞恢复培养基的研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON CULTURE MEDIA FOR RECOVERY OF HEAT-INJURED SPORES OF Bacillus stearothermophilus

摘要 试验表明,含1.0%蛋白胨、0.5%葡萄糖、0.1%可溶性淀粉、10 mg/L 溴甲酚紫及 pH 值为7.2的蛋白胨水,较适宜用为热损伤后的嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞恢复培养基。在60℃培养至15小时,该菌芽胞即恢复生长。如此,在压力蒸汽灭菌监测时,有可能将出最终结果的时间缩短至48~72小时。 The influences of component of culture media and incubation temperature on resuscita- tion of heat-injured spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus were observed.The experiment indicated that the medium containing 1.0% peptone,0.5% glucose,0.1% soluble starch and 10mg/L bromocresol purple with a pH of 7.2 was relatively suitable to be used as the cul- ture medium for recovery of heat-injured spores of B.stearothermophilus.Within the incubation temperature range of 50~60℃,the best was 60℃.After incubation for 15 h (60℃),the bacteria could resume its growth,thus when it is used to monitor the efficacy of pressured steam sterilization,the preliminary result can be obtained after 24 h incubation and the time for obtaining the final result may be reduced from 1 week to 48~72h.
