摘要
经比较,用我国药典规定的方法测戊二醛含量,其结果较用《消毒技术规范》规定的方法者准确度高。原因是后一方法中亚硫酸氢钠与碘反应的重复性差。
By comparison,the result of measuring glutaraldehyde content with the method described in 《Pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China》was more accurate than with the method described in 《Standard Techniques of Disinfection》(Published by Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China,1991).The cause is poor reproducibility of the reaction between sodium bisulfite and iodine in the lat- ter method.
