摘要
经用艾滋病病毒对敏感细胞感染法检测,冷冻干燥后再以80℃干烤72小时,能将人凝血酶元复合物中的艾滋病病毒灭活。
Examination with method of infection of sensitive cells by HIV found that exposure to dry heat at 89℃ for 72 hours after lyophilization could inactivate HIV in human prothrombin complex.
