摘要
采用合成锆钛酸铅粉料,制备固相为49%(体积分数,下同)的浆料,以水基凝胶流延成型工艺流延出超薄料带。讨论了工艺条件对成型及样品质量的影响,加入复合塑化剂,可获得柔韧性良好的超薄料带;经冲片、烧成后可以得到超薄大规格(Φ50mm×0.05mm或Φ100mm×0.1mm)压电陶瓷换能片;烧成样品的显微结构及压电性能与轧膜成型换能片相当。
The high solids loading (49 vol%) slurry was prepared using the raw materials of synthesized lead zirconate-titanate. The super-thin tape was obtained via the aqueous gel-tape-casting. The effects of the processing parameters on the molding and the sample quality are studied. The super-thin tape with the good flexility can be obtained via adding complex plasticizers; and the super-thin and large-size (φ50 mm × 0.05 mm or φ100 mm × 0.1 mm) piezoelectric ceramic buzzing pieces can be made by striking out and sintering. It is similar between the sintered samples and the buzzing pieces prepared via the roll forming in the performance and the microstructure.
