摘要
使用简单氧化物作为原料,通过熔盐法制备了BaTiO3、Ba4Ti13O30、Ba6Ti17O40等钛酸钡系晶体。通过改变原料比例和使用NaCl-KCl、KF、BaCl2等熔盐体系实现了产物的形貌及尺寸控制。使用XRD和SEM等分析方法对所得产物的物相及形貌进行了表征。结果表明,熔盐法可以制备多种纯相并具有片状或等轴状规则外形的钛酸钡系晶体。初步探讨了熔盐法制备钛酸钡系晶体的形貌控制方法。
Barium titanate oxides (BaTiO3, Ba4Ti13O30, Ba6Ti17O40) with different shapes and sizes were prepared by molten salt synthesis. Monodispersed powders with platelet or equiaxed shape were obtained in NaCl-KCl, KF and BaCl2 salt systems. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the phase and morphology. This paper shows the possibility of synthesizing micron-scale particles with desired shape, phase composition and structure.
