原位沉析法制备碳酸钙/聚氨酯复合膜材料 被引量:2

摘要 用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成带有羧基的两亲加聚物P(TDI-DMPA)(简称PU),通过原位沉析法制备了CaCO3/PU复合材料。实验结果表明,当PU用量为80g/L,CaCO3的负载量为4×10-2mol/L时,制备的涂膜中CaCO3颗粒大小均匀,分散良好;XRD分析结果表明,复合物中的碳酸钙属方解石型;红外光谱分析结果显示,PU与CaCO3之间通过化学吸附络合实现了有效复合。这种方法工艺简单,大大提高了无机CaCO3与有机物PU的结合强度,为无机/有机复合材料的制备提供了新的思路。 Amphilic copolymer P(TDI-DMPA) (PU) with carboxy group was synthesized using TDI and DMPA as monomers. Then the organic-inorganic composite CaCO3/PU was prepared via in-situ precipitation method. When the concentration of PU is 80 g/L and the loading concentration of CaCO3 is 4 × 10^-2 mol/L, the CaCO3 particles in the as-obtained film are of uniform size and good dispersion. XRD test was carried out to determine the crystal structure of the calcium carbonate. It was revealed by IR analysis that the interaction of PU and CaCO3 in the composite was chemical adsorption and coordination. This method can greatly improve the joining intensity of CaCO3 and PU, which provides a good idea for the preparation of inorganic/organic composites.
