摘要
目的探讨健康体检人群静脉采血时合适的进针角度，以减轻疼痛。方法在体检人群中，选取393例为实验组，选取387例为对照组，实验组采用改良进针角度，对照组采用传统进针角度，比较2组不同进针角度与疼痛的感受程度。结果实验组静脉采血比对照组静脉采血能明显减轻疼痛；2组进针角度与疼痛程度比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论采用改良进针角度在健康体检人群中进行静脉采血，可以达到有效减轻疼痛甚至无痛的效果。
Objective To explore the best angle of venous blood collection to alleviate the pain. Methods Among the representative sample of the 780 adults who undertook physical examination, the adults were randomly divided into two groups ,393 adults were in the study group ,and the other were in the control group. The venous blood of the study group collected at the advanced angle and the control group collected by the traditional method. Results The data showed that collecting venous blood by the advanced method could be more effective to alleviate the pain than the traditional method, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The advanced method of collecting venous blood is more effective to alleviate the pain.
