骨穿术后患者平卧时间的临床研究

Clinical study on bed rest time of leukemia patients after bone morrow puncture

目的探讨骨穿患者术后不同卧床时间与穿刺部位出血、疼痛与患者血压、脉搏之间的关系，同时找出较有效的卧床时间，以提高患者的舒适。方法选取我院血液科住院经骨髓穿刺术患者共135例，共行骨穿135次。按卧床时间30、60、90、120min分成4组，观察骨髓穿刺部位出血面积大小、疼痛程度与患者血压、脉搏情况。结果不同卧床时间与穿刺部位出血、疼痛与患者血压、脉搏之间无统计学差异。结论骨穿术后卧床30min就能达到避免骨穿术后出血、疼痛。并能增加患者的舒适，提高对治疗护理的依从性。

Objective To investigate the relationships among the bed rest time after bone morrow puncture, the haemorrhage and pain of the puncture site, and blood pressure and pulse, and to find the effective bed rest time to improve the comfort level of patients. Methods 135 leukemia in-patients were chosen for this study and one time of bone morrow puncture for each patient was conducted. Those patients were divided into 4 groups according to the bed rest time after bone morrow puncture： 30 minutes group （45 cases）, 60 minutes group （30 cases）, 90 minutes group （30 cases） and 120 minutes group （30 cases）. The haemorrhage area and pain level of the puncture site, blood pressure and pulse were observed. Results No significant difference was found among the bed rest time after bone morrow puncture and the haemorrhage and pain of the puncture site, blood pressure and pulse. Conclusions The bed rest time of 30 minutes is sufficient for avoiding the haemorrhage and pain of the puncture site after bone morrow puncture, and can improve the patient＇s comfort and compliance for the treatment nursing.
