原发性痛经作为一种心身疾病与心理问题有着不可分割的联系，痛经本身就是一种具体化、典型化的疼痛，给青春期女性带来了焦虑抑郁等不良情绪。同时这种不良情绪又会加重痛经的症状，二者之间形成了恶性循环，严重影响了护生的学习和生活质量。通过调查研究，找出二者在影响护生学习与生活上的特点，为改善其心理问题和提高其生活质量，提供研究方向。

As a kind of psychosomatic disorder, primary dysmenorrhea has undividable connection with the mental problems, which actually is a kind of concrete and typical pain. And it brings adolescent female the bad emotions llke anxiety, depression, etc. and these emotions can aggravate the symptom of pain at the same time. Then the two things create a vicious cycle and have a serious influence on the quality of nursing students＇ living and study. Through the investigation and research, the characteristics between them which may affect the nursing student＇ living and study are found. This can improve the nurse students＇ mental problems, raise the living quality of the nurse students and provide a research orientation.
