摘要
目的本文通过对第一轮、第二轮护理实习生实习情况的心理调查,针对存在心理问题以便采取更为合适的及具有针对性的教学方法。方法将107例护理实习生两轮实习后问卷的结果,同一问题进行比较,不同学历比较,独生子女与非独生子女进行比较采用构成比、频数统计。结果经统计学处理第一轮与第二轮比较107例实习生在担心自己的仪表、容易哭泣、经常责备自己、感到难以完成任务、感到孤独、过分担忧、感到别人不理解你、感到比不上他人、做事反复检查9个问题P〈0.05。同一轮内不同学历比较第一轮只有容易烦恼和激动一项P〈0.05;第二轮神经过敏一项P〈0.05即大专实习生所占比例高于中专实习生,独生子女与非独生子女同一轮内各问题比较无差异。结论第一轮存在的心理问题需及时与科室和学生沟通,改变教师的思维方式,缩短实习生心理问题的时间,尽快在第二轮实习心理问题有所转变或消失。
Objective To investigated the psychological status of nursing students in their first two turns practice, then adopt appropriate teaching method to deal with the psychological problems. Methods The data of first two turns practice of 107 nursing students were compared. Meanwhile, their education background and whether they were singleton were compared too with statistics method. Results There were significant differences between the students of two turn practice in nine questions: worry about their own appearance, easy to sob, blame themselves frequently, felt completes the task difficultly, felt lonely, excessively worried, felt the others did not understand themselves, felt does not catch up with the other people, repeatedly inspects (P 〈 0.05). In the first turn practice, there was significant difference between the students with different education background in an item of easy worry and excited (P〈 0.05). In the second turn practice, more nursing students of technical college felt hypersensitive than those of specialized middle school (P 〈 0.05) . There was no significant difference between the students who were singleton or not in the same turn practice. Conclusions There are more psychological problems in first turn practice than that in second turn practice. We should communicate with the students and clinical teachers as soon as possible and change the teacher's thinking mode at the first turn practice in order to reduce the existent time of psychology problem and let the problems to be transformed or vanished in the second turn practice.
