腹腔镜胆囊切除术后促进排气方法的探讨

Analysis of methods to promote aerofluxus after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后促进排气的方法。方法把80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后病人随机分成2组，实验组采用术后早期锻炼法，对照组采用常规护理法，记录2组病人术后肛门最早排气的具体时闻，进行秩和检验。结果2组的数据经统计学处理存在显著性差异。结论术后早期锻炼可以明显缩短术后最早排气时间，利于病人术后康复。

Objective To investigate methods to promote aerofluxus after laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods 80 LC postoperative cases were divided into two groups randomly. In experimental group all patients received method of early exercise after LC. In control group the patients received routine nursing methods. T he first concrete aerofluxus time was recorded and analyzed with Wilcoxon statistics. Results The results showed significant differences （P 〈0.05）. The experimental group is priority to the control group. Conclusions Early exercise after LC can help to shorten the aerofluxus time after operation and be benefit for patients＇ recovery.
