摘要
采用TEM、XRD研究了4Cr3Mo2V模具用钢淬、回火过程组织结构变化及碳化物行为.结果表明,碳化物转变过程为M_3C→MC→MC+M_6C_0二次硬化主要由MC析出引起.对二次硬化奇特的X射线谱线和电子衍射花样进行了注释.
The microstructure change and carbide behaviour in the tempering process of a quenched 4Cr3Mo2V die steel have been studied by TEM and XRD. It is shown that the secondary hardening of the steel is resulted from the precipitation of V4C3 and the average grain size is 3~6 nm. Their trasformation process of car-bides is: M3C?MC?MC + M5C. The singular patterns in the X-ray diffraction and election diffraction have been interpreted.
