儿童大疱性表皮松解型药疹合并败血症的预见护理

The predictive nursing in children having drug-induced bullous epidermolysis complicated with septicemia

目的探讨儿童大疱表皮松解型药疹合并败血症在救治过程中存在的潜在危险因素和早期预见护理的效果。方法采取分析潜在危险因素，从保护性隔离、创面护理、营养支持、密切观察病情变化、为患儿和家长提供心理支持，重视健康教育等方面进行预见护理。结果除1例因脑部出现合并症死亡外，其余均获治愈。结论早期预见性护理能够有效地降低疾病进一步恶化的可能，缩短疗程提高治愈率。

Objective To probe the potential risk factors in the process of remedy of children having drug-lnduced bullous epidermolysis complicated with septicemia and the effect of predictive nursing. Methods Methods We analyzed the potential risk factors, and conducted the predictive nursing from protective isolation, raw surface nursing, nutritional support, closely observing the change of patient＇s conditions, providing the psychological support to patients and their parents and paying more attention on the health education. Results All the patients were cured except one case died because of the complication in brain, Conclusions Early foresight nursing can reduce the possibility of further worsening, shorten the course of treatment and improve the cure rate.
