三向瓣膜式PICC在胃肠外静脉营养中的应用与护理

Application and nursing care of tri--valve PICC in extra--gastrointestinal intravenous nutrition

目的对通过PICC通道应用3L袋进行胃肠外静脉营养的患者给予护理干预,以减少导管流通不畅及堵管的发生率,减轻患者的痛苦,提高护理质量。方法采用观察记录法,对常规组及干预组患者进行观察记录。结果干预组患者经给予护理干预后无1例导管流通不畅及堵管发生,保证了PICC导管的使用质量和寿命。结论有效的护理干预可有效避免堵管及流通不畅的发生率,提高患者生存质量。

Objective By nursing intervention on patients nourished with 3- Iitre- sack through PICC, in order to reduce the incidence of circulation block and catheter obstruction, relieve patients＇ pain and improve nursing quality. Methods The patients in routine group and interfered group were observed and recorded. Results No case of circulation block and catheter obstruction occurred in interfered group after being given nursing intervention, it guarantees PICC catheter＇ s practical quality and duration. Conclusions Effective nursing is helpful to avoid circulation block and catheter obstruction and improve the quality of patients＇ life.
