老年非卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的观察与护理

Observation and nursing care of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in non--staying in bed elder patients

目的通过对老年非卧床下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）患者临床治疗、护理过程分析,为老年非卧床DVT的预防和护理提供依据。方法临床观察记录本组患者的一般资料、临床表现、凝血三项情况、治疗方法,进行有针对性的病情观察、护理。结果老年非卧床DVT与活动量、血液高凝状态有关。结论加强健康教育,对高危人群进行有效预防。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of prophylactic nursing care of elder patients non-staying in bed with lower extremity DVT. Methods General information, clinical manifestation, index of blood clotting and treatment method were observed and recorded and nursing countermeasures were carried out. Results DVT is closely related to the activity and the hypercoagulability of elder patients non- staying in bed. Conclusions It is important to reinforce health education and prophylactic nursing care for the patients with high risks of lower extremity DVT.
