肺减容手术中巡回护士的配合

Understanding of the assistant of circulating nurse in the lung volume reduction surgery

目的探讨肺减容手术巡回护士的配合要点。方法回顾性总结4例肺减容手术巡回护士配合的临床资料。结果4例患者术程顺利,历时2-3h,出血量均小于200ml,术中生命体征平稳,未出现并发症。结论做好术前访视,了解患者的心理状态及病情;术中安置好患者体位,密切观察呼吸的变化;及时准备切割修补材料和止血胶是肺减容手术巡回护士的配合要点。

Objective To discuss the main points how the circulating nurses assist the surgeons in the lung volume reduction surgery（LVRS）. Methods Four patients＇ clinical data of how the circulating nurses assisted the surgeons in LVRS were summarized. Results All four surgeries in the study were successful, the average time was about 2-3 hours. During the surgeries, the vital sign of the patients were stable without any complications, and the loss of blood were all less than 200ml. Conclusions The main points how the circulating nurses assist the surgeons in the LVRS include understanding well of the patient＇s mental status and condition in preoperative visit, putting the patients in the right body position before the surgery, observing the patient respiratory status carefully during the surgery; preparing the excision repair materials and haemostasis glue timely.
