君子兰(clivia miniata)叶片光合特性的研究——叶片及叶绿体显微结构 被引量:5

摘要 君子兰叶片形长似剑,色深绿,叶片远轴面具有40—50μm直径的葱型气孔,表皮层角质层较发达。维管束鞘细胞不发达,其中叶绿体少而小。适于表皮层细胞的同化组织叶绿体多而大(长13μm,厚10μm)。叶绿体中的类囊体片层体,基质片层体结构发达密集,单层膜厚7μm,每微米直径有70—75个片层膜,形态及解剖结构具有耐阴,耐干旱、C_3植物特性。 The leaf stomatas of Clivia. Miniata were located in the lower leaf suface and the stomata diameter was about 40-50 um, The epidermal and cuticle layers wore more-deve devoloped while the vascular bundle cells were undeveloped and the chloroplasts in these cells were fewer and small. The large and more chloroplasts (φ13—10um) were found in the synthetic tissues under epidermis. The chloroplast grana lamella, the ground substance lamella structure were highly developed and dense. The thlehness of unit membrane was nm and the number of lamella per um was 70—75. The leaf morphology and anatomy had the charac-teristics of C3 plants and resistanting sade and dry.
