人体生物钟的测算方法,能准确地计算出所有人在任何一天的利害日情况,本文探讨利用此理论指导管理者合理安排工作,通过弹性排班,改善休息环境,建立护理人员档案等措施,进行人性化管理。
The calculation method of human biological clock can accurately show the human activity goes through regular high and low periods in any day for any person. This article explored how to guide the administrant arrange assignment rationally by using this theory. The administrant could stipulate for humanistic management by flexibly arranging working day, improving resting environment and making files of paramedic.
