摘要
对渤海曹妃甸油田海水-干原油换热器运行2 a来出现的几次故障进行了分析,并由此进行了相应改造,实施效果良好,可供今后类似换热器的安装、调试、操作与维修参考。
This paper analyses sea water/dry crude heat exchanger failure of CFD Oilfield in Bohal Bay, points out seal life plugging and shell fragments/mud/sand fraction of tube bundle is main cause of the equipment failure. Based on the analysis,remedial modification for the exchanger was completed. It is a reference for similar exchanger installation, commissioning,operation and maintenance.
