大型柴油罐凹陷原因分析及修复

由于油罐的呼吸量与进出油量不匹配而造成了油罐凹陷,文中对此部位进行了分析,并经过计算采取了对油罐内进行充水加压到适当压力使缺陷部位恢复原状的方法,在现场试验中得到成功验证。

When the volume of import air is of disproportion to the export-import volume of the oil,a dent will be found on the tank. This problem can be solved by infusing water and exerting pressure on the tank. For this problem,the author of this paper has obtained the proper pressure value through detailed analysis and careful calculation,which has proved effective on the spot.
