依据零件图样的分析,制定出花键轴的切削加工工艺路线,设计制作了专用夹具、V型定位元件和分度板,从而在普通铣床上加工出超行程范围的花键轴。

In accordance with the analysis of parts pattern, the cutting process flow of castellated shafts was layed down, and the special-purpose fixtures,Vsetting elements and division plates were designed and made. Thus the castellated shafts over stroke range were processed on ordinary milling machine.
