The paper predicts and concludes the variable tendency of port management entities with the implementation of the PORT ACT.Then,on the basis of some economics and enterprises management theory,it stated that the economic entities of Chinese port management will be diversified,which will results in a great change of port management strategies and approaches.Furthermore,the capitalization of port assets makes it possible to adjust the port management strategy and optimize the resources.Therefore,port enterprises will have a larger creative space in management and a new-round development is coming to the port industry.
