市域通勤轨道交通网络评价体系设计

Appraising System Design for Regional Commuter Rail Network

通过对大都市通勤轨道交通线网方案综合评价方法的探索，确定评价体系几个主要分析指标及其所能反映的线网状态，建立一套适用于区域性通勤轨道交通线网规划的综合评价指标体系。结合上海市通勤需求实际，应用既定评价体系对已规划的两个通勤轨道交通方案进行相应的指标计算，得出两个方案的优劣对比，以提供规划调整的依据。

By seeking after the comprehensive apprising method for the projects of commuter rail network of megalopolis, several main indexes in the apprising system that were needed to be analyzed and the states of the line network they could reflect were fixed on, then a comprehensive apprising index system which was fit for regional commuter rail network planning. Integrating the actual situation of Shanghai＇ s commuter demand and using the apprising system which was fixed on before, the relevant indexes of two programmed commuter rail projects were calculated and the advantages and shortages of the two projects were found. By the time of checking the effect of the apprising system, the superiorities and inferiorities of the two projects were pointed out, and convincing groundwork was provided for the coming planning and adjusting task.
