Principle of Medical Data Exchange Based on HL7

HL7是医疗保健领域电子数据交换的一个标准,涉及整个医院信息系统(HIS)。HL7可以规范临床医学和管理信息格式,降低医院信息系统互连成本,提高医院信息系统之间信息共享的程度。本文通过浅析HL7在HIS系统中的应用、HL7的消息机制、HL7消息构建/解析及HL7在电子病历中的应用,初步探讨了基于HL7标准的医学数据交换的原理。

HL7 is a standard for data exchange in the healthcare domain involving the entire hospital information system （HIS）. HL7 can regulate clinical medicine and management information format, reduce hospital information systems interconnection costs, and improve the degree of information sharing in hospital information systems. By the application of HL7 in hospital information system, HL7 message mechanism, HL7 message builder/parser and the application of HL7 in electronic medical records, this paper discusses the principle of Medical Data Exchange Based on HL7.
