摘要
调查分析儿科住院患儿抗生素的使用情况,采用回顾调查研究方法,随机抽查某院2006年儿科呼吸道疾病出院病历117例,利用Excel统计软件对儿科呼吸道感染住院患儿抗生素用药品种,使用率及给药情况、药物联合应用情况进行统计分析。参考《中国药典》和《新编药物学》,根据WHO建议,用药物利用指数(DUI)为诊断标准,对抗生素用药量的合理性进行分析并给出建议,为儿科临床使用抗生素提供参考。
Abstract：Objective Investigate and analyze the status of the antibiotics usage in the hospital, for pediatric clinical use of antibiotics reference. Methods Retrospective application of research methods, random inspection in 2006 in a hospital pediatric respiratory discharge records of 117 cases, using Excel Software on hospital pediatric respiratory disease in children with antibiotics medication varieties, and the utilization of the administration, combined application of statistical analysis. The Chinese pharmacopoeia, new pharmaceutics are regarded as the reference. According to the WHO＇s suggestion, drug using index are used as the standard to evaluate and analyze the antibiotics usage. Results The ratio of antibiotic utilization of infection inpatients is higher than normal standard, the ratio also outrun the MOH and WHO criterion seriously. The doctors seldom use the oral antibiotics drugs. They also adopt unreasonable consociation usage of medicine. The check of pathogeny didn＇t do in time.
