摘要
在信息社会,信息和人才成为重要资源,经济、科技和社会发展需要综合素质好的创新人才。本文结合读者信息素质教育研究与实践,对信息素质、创新人才的概念、内涵和相互关系,及信息素质教育进行了论述。
In the information society, the information and the talent have become important resources, the economy.the technology, and the society development needs the innovation talents as well whose general quality are so nice. The paper combines the reader＇s information literacy education research with their practice, and describes the information literacy, the conception of the innovation talent.the contention, their mutual relation, and the information literacy education.
