摘要
目的对3种补气养阴类中药注射剂不良反应的特点进行分析探讨。方法收集国内近10年来公开发表的医药杂志的有关报道,对其不良反应进行分析。结果3种中药注射剂的不良反应多在60min内发生,主要是过敏反应,与用药剂量无关。结论临床应高度重视中药注射剂的不良反应,确保用药安全。
