摘要 论述了加筋复合高铬铸铁中钢筋与高铬铸铁的结合机理,钢筋体积分数Vr对界面结合强度、机械性能的影响及热处理对复合材料性能的影响.试验结果表明:高铬白口铁加筋复合后强韧化效果非常明显.钢筋体积分数Vr为11%~13%时,复合高铬铸铁的抗弯强度达到最大值,而且加筋复合高铬铸铁的αk值是单一高铬铸铁αk值的4~9倍. Combine mechanism of steel fiber and high Cr cast iron,and influence of volum fraction of steel fiber(Vr)on the combined strength of boundry of steel fiber and high Cr cast iron and on the mechanical properties, as well as influence of heat treatment on the properties of composite material were discussed in this paper. Experimental results show that the steel fiber obviously improve strength and ductility after steel fiber into high Cr white iron. WhenVris 11%~13%, the bend strength of composite sample is up to the maximum, 30%~50% higher than single high Cr cast iron.WhenVris 10~20%,α k of composite sample is 4~9 ttimes higher than single Cr white cast iron
