一种单晶Ni基合金的组织结构与力学性能 被引量:2

摘要 对Ni基单晶合金的一系列力学性能试验及利用SEM、TEM进行形貌观察,表明:合金中含有大量的Mo、W、Ta等高熔点元素,使其具有较好的高温性能;合金经表面渗Al后,持久寿命显著提高;蠕变后期,γ′相连续损伤是由于大量位错切入,使其有序强化作用减弱. A series of mechanics proerties were measured for a singlecrystal Nickel-based superalloy. And the microstructures were observed by means of SEM and TEM. The results showed that the superalloy has a better high temperature properties as a result of containingn more Mo、W、Ta elements. The enduring lifetime of the superalloy were obviously increased due to alloy surface aluminized.In creep late stage,the reason of contionuous damage for γ′ phases is that the effect of the ones ordeing strengthening was weakened as a result of a large number dislocztion cutting into γ′rafts.
