大连国际旅游区的开发战略与开发布局

STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT ARRANGEMENT OF DALIAN INTERNATIONAL TOUR REGIONS

国际旅游业在全球化旅游服务影响下，旅游者的深层次、多参与的旅游要求，促使旅游业向区域旅游的方向发展．认为大连市应积极开辟大区域的旅游合作，同时在自身的建设中亦应着眼于全区域的整体开发，建设多品种、多花样的旅游产品以适应区域旅游的要求．提出自成体系、整体布局、发扬优势、产品互补、协调开发旅游景点、服务设施档次合理的开发战略．建议重点开放旅顺的山海胜景区和军港胜迹景区、金石滩国际度假区、大黑山文化娱乐景区、渤海海滨旅游度假区、北部温泉旅游度假区、清泉寺宗教文化景区、仙人洞生态回归景区。

This article discusses the tendency of international tourism development under the influence of global tourism and tourists demands. Consequently it proposes that Dalian city sould take regional tourism cooperation pay attention to Dalian citys overall arrangement, and produce all sorts of tour products to meet the demands of regional tourism. It also puts forward resonable development strategy for self systematiz,time overall arrange mont taking advantage of tourism, and for the coordination of the service struture.
