摘要
当前,在群防群治工作中,由于经费保障、法律支持及社会基层组织的性质与功能发生变化等原因,社会服务型和企业型群防群治组织发展较快,但相应的管理和规范化建设却相对滞后,需进一步加强立法,遵循市场经济规则,保障群防群治经费,优化创新群防群治的组织形式,改革群防群治的运行机制、工作模式,以做大、做强群防群治工作。
In current work of mass prevention and mass support and the quality and function of social basic treatment, due to the change in fund ensurwwe, organization, organization with the intention of mass prevention and mass treatment grows rapidly in social service sectors and enterprises. However, relatively speaking, its relevant construction on management and standardization lags behind. Therefore, it is ＂necessary to reinforce lawmaking keep to market economy rules, ensure expense on mass prevention and mass treatment work, optimize and innovate mode of organization of mass prevention and mass treatment, reform operating mechanism and work mode of it so as to enlarge and better the work of mass prevention and mass treatment.
