It is very urgent to strengthen the study on local legislation of anti-secession and anti-terrorism and constitute regulations on it for these are required by perfecting relevant lawmaking system, legally carrying on the struggle of anti-secession and anti-terrorism and maintaining social stability and economic growth in Xinjiang.
