摘要
技术联盟是企业技术进步的一种重要途径,但技术联盟效果和联盟技术研发成功后的收益是由联盟企业的控制状况决定的。通过建立联盟控制机制模型,可以分析联盟控制机制的决定模式和作用机理,为我国企业组建技术联盟提供指导。
The technological alliance is one important way of enterprisers technological advancement, but the technological alliance effect and the income of successful alliance technology are decided by the alliance enterprisers controlling condition. Based on the analysis of the alliance control mechanism, this article puts forward a model of alliance control mechanism, and explores its decision-making pattern and the action mechanism.
