摘要 分析了带圆弧型卷屑槽刀具在正交干切削加工过程中切削热的产生及分布,建立了剪切功分析模型和切屑动态传热模型,并结合刀具传热模型,得出了摩擦热在切屑和刀具间的能量分配比Rf和切屑、刀具内动态温度分布的理论计算方法。 This paper concerns with analysing the produce and distributions of cutting heat with grooved tools in orthogonal dry cutting.A model for analysing shear heat and another model for dynamic heat transfer of chips are set up.With the heat transfer model of tools,a procedure is proposed to calculate the temperature distributions of chips and tools,and the heat partition coefficient between the tool and the chip.
