电荷耦合器件被动式测量的信号处理

Charge Coupled Devices Passive Measuring Signal Processing Techniques

指出了在电荷耦合器件（ＣＣＤ）被动式测量中影响测量结果一致性的两个问题，即被测物发光强度的变化和环境的变化对测量结果一致性的影响。同时提出了解决这两个问题的信号处理方法，给出了相应的电路原理图，出示了实验波形。

In accordance with the CCD noncontact passive measuring method,two problems,which influence the identity of measuring results,are presented in the paper.Meanwhile,the signalprocessing techniques for solving the two problems are introduced and pricipled circuits are given.Finally,experimental waveforms are showed .
