摘要
对挤压铸造法制取的Al2O3长纤维增强铝合金复合材料中纤维分布状况和充填缺陷进行了观察与分析。结果表明:在不同纤维体积率的复合材料中,纤维分布基本均匀,排列基本平行。但部分复合材料中存在纤维分布不均、排列不一致、纤维与基体金属之间存在间隙、基体金属中存在微观孔洞等充填缺陷。并对该类缺陷的形成与防止作了分析与讨论。
The fibre distribution and infiltration defects in alumina continuous fibre reinforced aluminum alloy matrix composites fabricated by squeeze casting method are observed and analysed.The results show that fibres distribute uniformly and array parallelly in the matrix on the whole.But it is found that some infiltration defects such as nonuniform fibre distribution,fibre misalignment,matrix voids and gaps between fibre and metallic matrix exist in part area of some composites.Then the formation mechanism of the defects is discussed and analysed,and the measures to prevent the defects are suggested.
