Chaoshan traditional architectures have a high degree of natural adaptability. The unique Chaoshan construction techniques can be attributed to the unique geographical conditions, significant climate characteristics as well as abundant architectural materials. This paper discussed the features of Chaoshan traditional architectural technology mainly from three aspects, including techniques of the moisture-proof and mothproof, wind-proof and rain- proof, anti-seismic and disaster resistant.
