摘要
提出了高纯硅石的溶样方法和微量铁钙的火焰原子吸收光谱分析条件,采用标准加入法,既能避免强烈的背景影响,又能克服严重的基体干扰,结果准确可靠.铁钙的精密度分别为4.9%和5.5%,回收率在92%~102%.
In this paper, a test of dissolving sample and the determinations of micros of Fe and Ca in high purity silicon is suggested. This method can avoid high background effect and overcome serious matrix interferences by the method of standard addition with satisfactory results. The precisions of Fe and Ca are 4.9 % and 5.5 %. The recoveries are betwecn 92 % and 102 %.
