摘要
以工业电石电弧炉为控制对象,根据系统运行中存在的问题,提出了节能型智能控制系统.系统采用神经网络控制器及微机电极调控器构成复合智能控制系统,设计了电弧炉神经网络控制器和新的自学习算法,经仿真和实际运行,运行稳定。
Taking the industrial calcium carbide are furnace as the controlled object and aiming at existing problems in its operation, an intelligent control system for energy saving is presented. It is a complex system composed of neural network controller and computer controlled regulator of the electrodes. The neural network controller for the furnace is designed and a new algorithm of learning is developed. The computer simulation and practical operation of this system show that its operation is stable and effect of energy saving is remarkable.
