摘要
针对材料在纯法向往复冲击载荷作用下的磨损特性,对所研制的冲击磨损试验机,详细地描述了它的各种特性,并给出了热喷涂Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层在150MPa冲击载荷作用下。
An impact wear machine has been developed to aid the study of the wear of materials subjected to repeated impacts along pure normal direction. Its various characteristics are described in detail and a typical result of Cr 3C 2 25%NiCr coating under 150 MPa impact loading with up to 1 500 000 eyeless and Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) analysis are shown.
