摘要
导出了斜坐标系下薄板小挠度弯曲问题的基本微分方程，内力、反力和边界条件方程及其相应的差分方程。
The difference equation of bending plates with small deflection in skew coordinate and corresponding equations of internal and reactional forces and boundary condition are derived. The equation are used for analysis of skew plate bridges.
