脉冲Ni-P非晶态镀层腐蚀磨损行为的研究

摘要 运用旋转式腐蚀磨损试验装置测定了脉冲化学沉积获得的镍磷非晶态镀层在掺有SiC颗粒的柠檬酸腐蚀液中的腐蚀磨损行为及规律。讨论了施镀温度对镀层成分、结构和抗腐蚀磨损行为的影响。结果表明:较高的磷含量及较强的钝化膜修复能力使得脉冲化学镀镀层的腐蚀磨损性能优于化学镀的镀层。就腐蚀磨损性能而论,在酸性镀液中脉冲化学镀的施镀温度可降到50℃,镀层仍保持优良性能和非晶态结构。 Making use of the laboratory equipment of round corrosive wear,determined the behaviour and mechanism of amorphous Ni P deposit which was gained in different technologies and at different temperatures in corrosive liquid of lemon acid with SiC grain.The dependence of plating composition、structure and the behaviour of corrosive wear resistance on plating temperature is also discussed.Experimental results showed that the corrosive wear property of impulse electroless plating having great P quantity and great recovery ability of passive film is better than that of electroless plating in identical condition.So far as the property of corrosive were is concerned,the temperature of impulse electroless plating can be reduced to 50℃ and deposit still maintains excellent property and amorphous constitution.
