用边界元法及光弹试验分析武器构件的应力集中问题

摘要 该文用边界元法计算了武器构件(炮尾、抽筒子)的应力分布。通过计算和光弹试验,对该两构件在圆角处的应力集中问题进行了分析,进而提出了降低构件应力集中的措施。分析结果表明,较好的结构形式可以使应力集中部位的最大拉应力大幅度的降低。 In this paper the boundary element method is used to compute stress distribution in weapon components:the breech and the extractor. Based on the computation results and photoelasticity tests,analysis is carried out to examine the problem of stress concentration at the filleted angles of the two of the components.Then the measures to reduce the stress concentration are proposed.The results of analysis show that the more reasonable structural form can reduce enormously the maximal tangential tensile stress in stress concentration area,and this is verified by the experiment.
